Use this form to tell HMRC that you give authorisation for someone to act on your behalf for individual or business tax affairs.

Form P11D(b) is used to report the amount of Class 1A National Insurance contributions that you owe for the tax year.

The VAT2 form should be utilized to supply the required information about all partners when registering a partnership for VAT purposes.

You can deregister from VAT online or by submitting the VAT7 form.

These forms are for businesses not based in the UK that need to retrieve VAT paid on goods or services in the UK.

If you are altering the legal status of your existing business, you need to fill out VAT form 68 and VAT form 1. Additionally, if you are acquiring another business, both you and the seller must complete VAT form 68.
